Vahid Jalalzadeh, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs, arrived in Kabul to attend the fifth Joint Consular Commission meeting between Iran and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He is also expected to hold talks with officials on consular affairs and bilateral cooperation.
